TriflavoredFruitPunch

Tri Flavored Fruit Punch:

Today is the second day of my blogging marathon and yep i have a new dish for my son, Aditya who loves to eat Mango.

I have seen at many places a tricolored recipe. For example: Puri like in Preethi's Kitchen for Republic Day.

I also thought of something like this and it was a hit.

My father-in-law is retired ex-serviceman. He had worked for defence nearly 33 years. So obviously, he will get a military canteen card. As it is summer he had brought orange squash, mango squash, lemon squash and frooti. Frooti within one hour it was completed. But as these squashes take sometime (few minutes) to prepare it is preserved in the fridge.

Squash can be prepared as a juice by adding quarter glass of squash and mix it with sugar and 3/4 glass of water. But in my ingredient I used direct squash.
Ingredients:
  • Mango Juice - 1/4 glass
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp
  • Orange Squash - 2 tbsp
  • Pista Icecream - 1 scoop
  • Mango Squash - a tsp
  • Ice cubes - as desired (i had used 15)

Method:
  • Chop the mangoes into juice with sugar
  • Pour into a tall glass
  • Garnish with ice cubes, i have used 5 to make a layer of them on the mango juice
  • Pour orange squash slowly and again garnish with 5 more ice cubes
  • Put Pista icecream on top of it and spread it across as a layer
  • Put little mango squash on it
  • Leave it in a refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours
  • Have it chilled with or without nuts

Frozen

Successfully, done with my 2nd day blogging.

Jumping with joy. Only 5 more to go.
