Chocolate Semolina Pudding:

Today is the last day of Blog Hop Wednesday for this month, April 2012. I was paired with Sangeetha’s Kitchen. She has great number of recipes but I picked up a simplest one Chocolate Semolina Pudding.

We all would have heard about Semolina Payasam when you add cocoa to it and mix it well your pudding is ready.

Ingredients:
Semolina – ½ cup
Milk – ½ cup
Chocolate Semolina Pudding
Water – ½ cup
Sugar – ½ cup
Cardamom Powder – 1 tbsp
Cocoa – 1 tbsp
Sangeetha's Kitchen

Method:
Heat little water and mix cocoa powder with warm water to a thick consistency
Roast semolina and keep it aside in little ghee
Put water and milk and leave it to boil
Once boiled please add semolina and wait for it to become soft
Add sugar and mix well
Finally add cocoa mixed with water and mix well
Allow it to cool and have it with mixed nuts
