Nut Cake

Ingredients:350 gms. flour200 gms. sugar200 gms. butter350 gms. chopped dates ad nuts (walnuts)300 mL apple puree2 tsp. ground cinnamon1 1/2 tsp. soda bi-carbonate200 tbsp milk1 tbsp. chopped dates, nuts2 tsp. sugar1/2 tsp. cinnamon powder to topMethod:Put flour into a bowl and rub in butter till it reaches the consistency of breadcrumbs.Add sugar, dates, nuts and cinnamonMake a well in the centre and add apple pureeDissolve soda in milk and add to the mixture mix well.Pour into a prepared cake tin.Mix the topping ingredients and sprinkle.Bake...

Mango Nut Muffins1 3/4 cups flour3/4 cup sugar2 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. salt1/2 cup bananas mashed1 cup mango pulp1/2 cup cooking oil1/2 cup chopped nutsPreheat oven to 400 degree Fahrenheit.
