Vegetable Cutlet

Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups cooked instant noodles 1/2 cup sweet corn kernels, cooked and crushed 2 spring onions 3 tbsp. tomato ketchup 1/2 cup grated cheese 1/2 cup dried bread crumbs some dried bread crumbs for coating and oil to fry salt and pepper Method: In a bowl, mix the noodles, sweet corn, spring onions, ketchup, cheese, bread crumbs, salt and pepper and mix well. Divide the mixture into 12 equal parts and shape into cutlets. Coat the cutlets with dried bread crumbs and fry in oil on both sides. Serve hot....

Trial Mix: 3/4 cup cashews 1 cup walnuts 1 cup raisins 3/4 cup peanuts 3/4 cup shredded coconut 3/4 cup chocolate chips Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Quick Quesidillas

Ingredients: 1/2 cup whole wheat flour 1/2 cup plain flour 2 tsp oil 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 cup baked beans (canned) 1/4 cup cooking cheese or mozzarella cheese, grated 1 tbsp. chilli sauce 1 tbsp. chopped coriander butter or oil for cooking Method: To make the tortillas, mix all the ingredients to make a soft dough by adding enough water. Nachos: Ingredients: corn tortilla chips 1 can refried beans small jar mild salsa or taco sauce few olives 6 oz., cheese Method: Arange the chips in a single layer on a baking sheet.
