Yoghurt Recipes

Yummy Yogosicles:
1/4 cup yoghurt (vanilla, banana or plain)
1 tsp. frozen orange juice concentrate
1 tsp. honey

Mix well and pour the mixture in a small plastic cup and freeze.
When the mixture is solid enough to hold up a popsicle stick, put one in and refreeze until firm.
(Have each child measure the following ingredients into a small bowl.)

Yoghurt On the Go:
3/4 cup light fruit-flavoured yoghurt
1 tbsp. raisins
1/3 cup strawberries
1 tbsp. sunflower seeds (optional)

Put all ingredients in a plastic cup, mix and treat yourself to a great nourishing yoghurt!
